Western blot analysis of SLP76 in Jurkat lysate using a SLP76 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-9099) at a concentration of 0.3 µg/mL. The cell lysate was prepared with RIPA buffer. The primary antibody was incubated for one hour and chemiluminescence was used for target detection.
